Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping within the UK for a standard fee of £9.00. Free shipping is available for UK mainland orders over £300.00 net.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Soake Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
Soake Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
